The present page contains the programmatic lines of conduct relating to the user’s privacy and guidelines as per art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 denominated “Code relating to the handling of personal data” to the users that access the site and interact with the web services of Spazio Sei s.r.l., accessible electronically through the address www.kidspace.it. Owner and parties responsible for handling data The owner of data handling is Spazio Sei s.r.l. with registered office in Carpi (MO), Via Nuova Ponente n. 40 a / b, owner of the trademark kidspace as well as the domain name kidspace.it, and whom can also be contacted at the following e-mail address: info@spaziosei.it. The parties responsible for data handling in order to fulfill the user’s recognized rights as per art. 7 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 are currently the following subjects appointed to handle the necessary data in order to accomplish the following duties: UPS s.r.l. with registered office in Milan, Via Fantoni n. 15 / 2 to handle the necessary data to perform the activities of consignment, delivery and possible return of goods purchased on www.kidspace.it; WorkUp with registered office in Bassano del Grappa (VI), 36061, Via Vasco De Gama n. 48 to handle data relating to the management and maintenance of the server and hosting management of Spazio Sei s.r.l.; Spazio Sei s.r.l. Carpi (MO), Via Nuova Ponente n. 40 a / b to handle data with respect to the inherent operations to the activity of the site www.kidspace.it. The nature and type of data collected The handling of the personal data of users who simply visit and consult the site concerns only navigational data, or the data whose transmission to the site is implicit in the operation of computer systems used to manage the site and in the use of Internet protocols of communication. By way of example, the IP addresses and domain names of computers users that connect to the site. The navigation data is not used by Spazio Sei s.r.l. to associate themselves with identified subjects, but is collected and handled for statistical purposes and for purposes of monitoring the proper functioning of the site; such data could be used to ascertain any liability in case of crimes committed against the site or through the site. The user will always have the power to refuse the handling of personal data to receive promotional information by e-mail. The data provided may also be communicated to outside companies that perform activities that are strictly necessary and instrumental to the purposes specified and only for services rendered here. Cookies Cookies are small files of stored data on the hard disk of the user’s computer. The site uses cookies, automatic systems of data collection, for specific and limited purposes, namely to help the user browse the site more easily. The site uses session cookies and permanent cookies. Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically every time the user leaves the site. Handling method of personal data For the aforementioned purposes, the handling of the data is carried out by appointed personnel and by using mainly computer and telematic tools, with software processing and data storage on the database. The handling methods are all based on criteria and principles that are closely linked and related to the purposes and in any way are able to assure the confidentiality of data. In any case, the data is held only for the time necessary to achieve the specific objective and in compliance with applicable laws governing on the handling of personal data. Spazio Sei s.r.l. will handle the data in accordance with Annex B to the Privacy Code (Technical Regulations on security measures). Disclosure of personal data Personal data submitted by the user will be accessible to internal and external staff of Spazio Sei s.r.l entrusted with the handling purposes described above and to the parties responsible for data handling as mentioned above. The personal data given by the user may be communicated to professionals, freelance workers, third parties who carry out technical and organizational services which Spazio Sei s.r.l. needs for the processing purposes specified above. The above-mentioned subjects who receive the personal data of the user are owners, responsible parties entrusted in handling data, according to the circumstance, for the same purposes as stated above; they are only supplied with the information necessary to perform their functions. The personal data of users will not be disclosed to third parties for their promotional purposes and will not be divulged in any way. Security measures Spazio Sei s.r.l. has adopted appropriate security measures to minimize the risk of destruction or loss, even an accidental loss of data, unauthorized access or a disagreed or non-compliant handling for the purposes of collecting the above-mentioned data. However, the user is recommended to make sure that his computer is both equipped with software devices suitable to protect the on-line transmission of data, both incoming and outgoing, and that his internet services provider has adopted suitable measures to protect the on-line transmission of data. The party's rights - Article 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights) The party has the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him exists, even if it is not yet registered, and its communication in a comprehensible form. The party has the right to obtain the indication of the origin of personal data; the purposes and methods of data handling, the logic applied in case of handling with the help of electronic devices, the identity of the owner, responsible parties and the designated representative according to art. 5, paragraph 2 Legislative Decree 196/2003, of the people or categories of people to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about it as an appointed representative of the State, or as a responsible or entrusted body. The party has also the right to obtain the following: updates, corrections or, when interested, integration of data, deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which does not need to be stored with regards to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, certification that the operations indicating the source of the data and the handling purposes and methods have been made known, even with regards to their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or divulged, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The party has the right to oppose everything or partially for legitimate reasons relating to the handling of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of the collection, to the treatment of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or sales communications.
